Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering value.
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Translate client goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Analyse performance data to inform strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
- Ensure campaign alignment with industry best practices and budget efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years' experience in Paid Media account management or digital client services.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and PPC strategy.
- Proven track record of building successful client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
