Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Lead & Enquiry Management Executive. The role is on-site and located in Pune. The Social Media Lead & Enquiry Management Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media channels, creating and implementing content strategies, handling enquiries, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Daily tasks include social media marketing, content creation, enquiry handling, and performance analysis.

Requirements
:

  • Graduate in any field (Marketing/Business preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Social Media Handling.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads/Instagram business suite is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel, CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and build positive customer relationships.

Responsibilites:

  • Handle all incoming enquiries/leads generated via Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and other digital platforms.
  • Respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and DMs with professionalism and empathy.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and purchase intent.
  • Maintain lead database in CRM/Excel and track status (hot, warm, cold leads).
  • Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, calls, or emails to increase conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Operations team for order closures or further discussions.
  • Share customer feedback and insights with the marketing team for campaign optimization.
  • Ensure response time and engagement KPIs (like first response within X minutes) are met.
