Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, brand storytelling, and user-generated content, with specific experience in driving e-commerce growth.

This role involves developing high-impact strategies across social platforms that resonate with online consumers and maximize engagement through UGC, influencer partnerships, and organic content.

Candidates with at least 4-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Social Media Strategies for E-commerce Growth:
  2. Create and implement social media strategies that drive traffic, sales, and customer loyalty for e-commerce brands.
  3. Focus on tactics that increase visibility and engagement, using a combination of organic and paid social media techniques.
Content Strategy and Planning:
  1. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and photographers to produce visually appealing, on-brand content (stories, reels, posts) that drives e-commerce engagement.
  2. Manage content calendars to ensure a steady stream of engaging, trend-aligned content that resonates with the target audience.
Influencer Partnerships and Brand Collaborations:
  1. Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and micro-influencers to amplify reach and drive product awareness.
  2. Develop collaborative campaigns that feature UGC and resonate with e-commerce consumers, encouraging sharing and word-of-mouth growth.
Analytics and Performance Tracking:
  1. Utilize analytics tools to track and report on social media performance, providing insights on engagement, reach, conversion, and UGC impact.
  2. Optimize social media strategies based on performance data, with a focus on maximizing ROI and growth for e-commerce brands.
Trend Spotting and Competitive Analysis:
  1. Stay updated on industry trends, new social media features, and competitor strategies within the e-commerce and DTC space.

Requirements:
  • Maximum of 4 years in social media strategy, with proven success in the e-commerce sector, ideally within a digital marketing agency or similar setting.
  • Platform Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics software, and scheduling tools.
  • Creative Eye and Brand Storytelling Skills: Ability to craft engaging, on-brand content that inspires UGC and fosters brand loyalty.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to optimize strategies and report on social media performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally to execute cohesive social strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing UGC and influencer marketing programs for e-commerce brands.
