Overview

We are a dynamic online business specializing in personalized portraits and art products, serving markets in India & abroad. We seek an experienced, results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead operations, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless customer experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building & overseeing daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid ads) to increase traffic and sales.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and coordination with artists/production teams.
  • Analyze sales data and website metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates.
  • Lead customer service efforts—handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain outstanding service levels.
  • Coordinate with IT and web developers for website enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party platforms and partners (e.g., marketplaces, logistics, payment providers).
  • Develop and implement strategies for new product launches, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
  • Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management.
  • Stay current with e-commerce best practices and trends in India and Thailand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably in consumer goods or art-related business.
  • Proven success growing online sales and improving customer retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Thai or Hindi a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in multi-cultural teams.
