Job Title: E-commerce Systems Executive

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring its functionality and performance meet business needs.
  • Work on integrating third-party systems (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, shipping software) with the e-commerce platform.
  • Provide technical support for system-related issues, resolve bugs, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Manage product data, inventory updates, and content uploads, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
  • Monitor system performance, traffic, and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce tools and plugins to improve site functionality and user experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of e-commerce solutions with business processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • BCA, BCS, MCA, MCS, BSc (IT), or MSc (IT) or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 0–1 years of experience working with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) or IT systems support. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and third-party software.
  • Proficient in basic programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with web analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.).
  • Good understanding of database management (MySQL, SQL).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹250, ₹400,000.00 per year
