About the Role

We're seeking a highly analytical and driven E-commerce & Analytics Specialist to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in data analysis and a passion for e-commerce. You will be responsible for managing our online business operations, analyzing sales data, and providing key insights to drive strategic decisions. This position offers a great opportunity for a talented professional from a top college to contribute significantly to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Management: Manage and optimize online business operations, including product listings, promotions, and customer experience.
  • Sales & Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports on sales performance and key metrics.
  • Onboarding: Handle product and brand onboarding processes on various e-commerce platforms.
  • Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory levels and oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process.
  • Performance Optimization: Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier college.
  • Experience: 0-5 years of experience in e-commerce, data analytics, or a similar role.

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and generate actionable reports.

  • Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting is a must.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
