E-commerce Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-commerce PPC Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running profitable e-commerce campaigns on Google & Meta, as well as experience scaling budgets responsibly and profitably.
A strong knowledge of performance marketing fundamentals, including PPC, bidding models, and conversion optimization, is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be able to manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on e-commerce funnels, test strategies, creatives, and audiences to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition.
They will also be responsible for running remarketing campaigns that bring shoppers back and increase lifetime value, tracking and analyzing performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, AOV, LTV), and turning data into actionable insights.
Collaboration with our team remotely, balancing flexibility with accountability, is a key aspect of this role.
