We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce Logistics Manager to oversee the entire post-purchase journey for our marketplace. This critical role involves driving both seller dispatch readiness and 3PL performance: packing → pickup → in-transit → delivery → returns → claims → customer ticket closure.

This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities including:

  • Ensuring timely packing and order readiness on the seller-side
  • Managing relationships with 3PL providers and holding them accountable for SLAs, cost, and quality
  • Optimizing allocation and reducing transit exceptions, damages, and returns
  • Partnering with Operations and Customer Support teams to lower contact rates and resolve WISMO issues
  • Tracking penalty recovery, claims realization, and highlighting leakage (lane delays, packer/station misses, weight mismatches)

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce logistics, 3PL operations, or supply chain management
  • A strong understanding of seller dispatch operations, 3PL contracts, OTD, RTO, and cost levers
  • Proficiency with dashboards, Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI skills are a plus
  • A bias for action, strong vendor management, and structured problem-solving
