Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive in E-commerce Operations to support marketplace operations.

This role will focus on stock management, sales performance tracking, partner coordination, and operational reporting across multiple platforms.

The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of Marketplace operations.

  • Monitor Marketplace Performance and OMNI channel sales performance.
  • Conduct seasonal & brand-wise performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Review partner sales performance on a Month-to-Date (MTD) basis.
  • Participate in weekly review meetings to share updates.
  • Manage Stock & Inventory levels.
  • Perform regular SOH (Stock on Hand) checks across marketplaces.
  • Compile and update Warehouse SOH reports.
  • Track Live/Not Live stock status and coordinate with the team for updates.
  • Ensure timely replenishment for assigned brands.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse teams for stock movement and new partners' onboarding.
  • Compile and maintain sale data.
  • Prepare and circulate performance reports across teams and partners.
  • Support in compiling brand-wise OI(Order Indent) processes and reporting metrics.
Requirements
  • Prior working experience of minimum 3 years in E-commerce Operations.
