Key to Success: Business Analyst Role

\

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/ Scrum Master who will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, lead Agile ceremonies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organizational goals.

\

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with 4+ years of experience in healthcare IT. They must be certified in Agile methodology and have hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

\

Responsibilities include:

\
  • Collaborating with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories.\
  • Serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and implementation.\
  • Leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.\
  • Driving project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.\
  • Supporting change management, training, and user adoption activities as part of project rollouts and go-lives.

Requirements include:

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.\
  • Hands-on experience with Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent LIS systems.\
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.\
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.\
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in digital pathology workflows and systems.\
  • Prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards.\
  • Technical familiarity with laboratory or imaging systems.
