Job Title: Renewal ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Renewal Manager to join our team. As a Renewal Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract renewal process for our clients utilizing our digital / security solutions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Contract Renewals:
  • Collaborate with clients in the digital / security domain to understand their specific operational requirements and negotiate contract renewal terms that maximize retention and satisfaction.
  • Drive activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork, including quotes, order processing, and contract amendments relevant to services.
  • Establish a structured framework to track, manage, and optimize renewal contracts for services like automation, analytics, and transformation projects.
  • Client Communication:
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients throughout the renewal process, ensuring frequent touchpoints to understand evolving digital needs.
  • Engage in proactive follow-ups with customers and partners to provide a seamless renewal experience for complex digital services.
  • Address client concerns regarding service continuity, contract details, or the value of renewal, while providing clarity on new capabilities or product updates.
  • Customer Retention:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, ensuring they experience the full value of the services provided.
  • Analyze customer usage patterns of services (such as automation tools, cloud platforms, or AI-based solutions), satisfaction levels, and contract history to assess renewal likelihood.
  • Use this data to identify risks or opportunities within accounts and to develop targeted strategies that improve renewal and retention rates.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions, contract specifics, and renewal processes, ensuring documentation of terms and conditions related to services.
  • Ensure that all contracts and processes comply with internal policies and relevant industry regulations.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams including digital/security operations, sales, marketing, and customer support to gather relevant insights and address customer concerns that might impact renewals.
  • Work closely with solution architects and technical teams to ensure that proposed renewals align with the customer's evolving strategy.
  • Forecasting & Reporting:
  • Provide accurate renewal forecasting by analyzing upcoming contract expirations and the probability of renewal based on service usage and customer feedback.
  • Generate detailed reports on key renewal metrics, including renewal rates, customer satisfaction scores, and revenue retention, presenting actionable insights to management to drive decision-making.
