The Business Development Manager role involves driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
About the RoleThis is a critical role for our company, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow existing key accounts through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Identify, initiate, and nurture new leads through inbound and outbound channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, key account management, and business development in IT infrastructure, surveillance, electronic security, or system integration domains.
- Experience in managing government clients, tender processes, and handling techno-commercial documentation.
- Strong expertise in CRM/ERP tools, lead nurturing processes, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of ITMS, Surveillance Systems, Control Room Infrastructure, and Electronic Security.
