Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Growth Professional to drive revenue expansion across B2C and B2B segments. This role involves increasing direct sales in training and certification enrollments, executing growth strategies for universities, corporates, and consulting clients, and supporting pricing, partnerships, and revenue model innovation to maximize outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and onboard corporate and institutional partners for our services.
  • Develop proposals, partnership decks, MoUs, and revenue share agreements.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • E nsure a seamless student enrollment experience with strong conversion and retention.
  • Leverage cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design digital campaigns for lead generation, including events, email, and referral programs.
  • Benchmark competitors and conduct growth experiments.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking revenue, lead funnels, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
  • Provide weekly growth performance reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • A high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • The ability to work under targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools.

Education:

  • An MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, or MDI.

Preferred Experience:

  • Fresh MBAs with 0–1 year of experience.
  • Prior internships in sales, growth, or consulting.
