Job Overview:

This role is responsible for coordinating HR and compliance initiatives across US Staffing Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding of employees and contractors, ensuring timely completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.
  • Background Verification Coordination: Collaborate with background verification vendors and internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely screenings.
  • Compliance Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all compliance-related documents are completed and stored per organizational standards.
  • MSP & Client Portal Management: Navigate various MSP portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) to ensure timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • Process Documentation: Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Apply knowledge of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
  • Asset Return Tracking: Coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets as part of the offboarding process.
  • Candidate & Vendor Communication: Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day communication with clients, vendors, and candidates regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.
  • Audit Readiness Support: Prepare and organize compliance records and documentation to support internal and client audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR and compliance coordination
  • Strong understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Proficiency in using various MSP portals and software applications
