Job Title:

HR Generalist

Forehedge Marketing is seeking a HR Generalist to support the Human Resources department in daily operations.

Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment assistance, onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and engagement activities. The role includes post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, handle pre-joining documentation and background verification, facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees, maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases, assist in payroll preparation with accurate leave and attendance data, ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies, organize engagement activities and events, address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures, support in maintaining a positive and professional work culture, and perform other general HR duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Post job openings and screen resumes.
  • Schedule interviews and handle pre-joining documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.
Employee Records & Compliance
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll preparation with accurate leave and attendance data.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Organize engagement activities and events.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in maintaining a positive and professional work culture.
Performance Management & Training
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Support employee development initiatives.
General HR Support
  • Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, transfer, exit, etc.).
  • Coordinate exit formalities including clearance and FNF.
  • Prepare HR reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 12th / Any Graduate
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
