Job Overview:

A successful HR Leader will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, staffing, employee onboarding, performance management, and training. The role involves managing a team of operation executives, client relationship management, acquiring new requirements from clients, and delivering current requirements by coordinating with the recruitment team and managers. A good team player is required for this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring to meet operational needs.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including developing job descriptions, advertising job openings, and conducting interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding and Induction
  • Oversee the smooth onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies during onboarding.
  • Coordinate induction programs for new hires, including providing necessary documentation and information.
  • HR Operations Management, Payroll
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage HR workflows, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, supporting managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
  • Address performance-related issues effectively, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • Resolve employee grievances and conflicts, maintaining confidentiality and ethics.
  • Training and Development
  • Identify training needs based on operational goals, coordinating training sessions and skill development programs.
  • Track training effectiveness and employee progress, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Statutory Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (labor laws, safety standards), preparing regular HR reports for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data.
  • HR Policy Implementation
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures, communicating them effectively to all employees.
  • Monitor adherence and recommend improvements, ensuring that HR practices are aligned with organizational objectives.
