Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and support business growth.
  2. Manage employee records, attendance, and leave management systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Design and implement initiatives to drive employee engagement, training, and performance management.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  5. Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Manage office supplies, stationery, and procurement of other essential office items.
  7. Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  8. Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management to maintain a clean and comfortable work environment.
  9. Process payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
  10. Prepare administrative and HR reports to support management in informed decision-making.
  11. Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
