Area Sales Head

To lead a team of sales professionals in acquiring and managing CASA and CEP accounts, with a focus on building strong relationships with internal teams and leveraging existing relationships from SMEs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and networking background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience in managing a team of 20-40 resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve desired productivity levels and scorecard parameters.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new CASA and CEP accounts, with a focus on quality sourcing and cross-selling banking products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage existing relationships and drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
• 4-5 years of relevant sales and leadership experience, with a focus on managing a team of 20-40 resources.
• Strong sales and networking skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in the banking industry, with a focus on CASA and CEP accounts.
• Strong knowledge of local language and market trends.
