Our Role and Responsibilities

1. Sales

  • Develop a revenue realization plan for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
  • Plan and distribute the area target through the entire sales channel, including super stockists, distributors, sales teams, and products, to ensure target achievement.
  • Create and submit an annual sales strategy for the Area, focusing on new market penetration, geography, market share, product mix, or other key points to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay informed about market intelligence through competitor analysis and quarterly reports.
2. Channel Management and Development
  • Build strong relationships with super stockists to ensure smooth working between the company and the super stockist.
  • Manage distributor relationships in the area.
  • Recommend new or replacing existing super stockists to the top management, based on performance evaluations.
  • Regularly add or remove distributors to achieve sales targets.
  • Market visits with the team to design sales strategies and ensure company sales and brand strengthening.
3. Payment Collection
  • Ensure timely payment collection for company products sold to distributors from super stockists and from the company to super stockists.
4. Team Management
  • IDentify and hire good supervisors, officers, and other team members required for the effective functioning of the area, with management approval.
  • Ensure team retention and handle team queries and motivation.
  • Ensure team members achieve their targets.
  • Guide and educate team members on achieving their targets.


RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  • A graduate or postgraduate with 8-12 years of relevant experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry.
Good to have
  • Knowledge of new market penetration, market share, and product mix.
  • Managing distributor relationships in the area.
  • Market visits.
