We are looking for a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Indus Net Technologies. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
* Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
* Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events.
* Qualify leads based on their potential and readiness for engagement.
2. Client Relationship Building:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
* Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives.
* Act as a trusted advisor, offering solutions tailored to client needs.
3. Sales Pitching and Negotiation:
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and pitches.
* Address client objections and concerns effectively.
* Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close favorable deals.
4. Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and competitor activities.
* Analyze data to spot growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
* Leverage market insights to inform business development strategies.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on strategies.
* Provide feedback from clients to refine products, services, and marketing strategies.
6. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and closed deals.
* Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and performance.
* Use CRM tools to manage client information and track progress.
7. Achieving Sales Targets:
* Set and achieve individual sales targets.
* Contribute to overall team goals by developing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
8. Networking and Brand Representation:
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build brand awareness.
* Build a strong professional network to support business development efforts.
9. Strategic Planning:
* Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans.
* Identify new growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and product lines.
10. Continuous Learning and Development:
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new business development techniques.
* Continuously improve knowledge of the company's products, services, and value propositions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 per annum.
