Strategic Business Growth Specialist

VAYUZ Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and development, with a strong focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
About the RoleThe Strategic Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for researching new ideas and creating multiple sources of revenue/brand-building, as well as helping the team with lead generation & building a rapport with industry experts. Regular client follow-ups and keeping track of monthly sales targets are also key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities- Bridging the gap between clients and in-house teams through effective communication and relationship-building
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level management and industry experts
- Providing quarterly presentations to showcase progress and achievements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development
- Relevant work experience in the field of B2B sales and business development (3+ years)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with C-level management
- A good hand at drafting professional emails and sales pitches for collaborating with new and existing clients
- The ability to identify and prioritize tasks based on their urgency and importance
- Proven working experience as a business development executive or manager in an IT staffing organization
- Commercial planning and meeting sales targets on time
- Existing connections in Dubai-based clients
- Experience managing a team of more than 5 people
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and career advancement.
