Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achievement of targets in the CSD territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

• Develop and maintain a sales business plan, setting individual and team sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, aligned with the company's AOP.

• Ensure uninterrupted supply of stocks in the territory by monitoring depots and URCs, adhering to marketing and sales plans, and submitting claims and data on time.

• Foster a high-performing team through motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge enhancement, establishing a performance monitoring and reporting mechanism.

• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, and HR, to ensure smooth operations in the territory.

• Develop and execute primary sales plans resulting in growth, aligning team marketing and sales plans with market requirements and setting accountability for their completion.

• Enable accurate sales forecasting for the territory based on sound analysis, supporting the supply function for correct production planning.

• Evaluate channel health, identify issues, and work with the team to correct market working discipline and targets vs. achievement tracking, ensuring strict adherence to working norms and practices.
