We're seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales enablement function, you will be responsible for designing and executing onboarding and training programs to help new hires get up to speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enablement strategies that drive sales performance and growth.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and success frameworks that evolve with product and market changes.
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives with relevant messaging and resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales, preferably with quota-carrying experience.
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
