Job Title: Sales Acceleration Manager

As a Sales Acceleration Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and revenue for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that will accelerate partner coverage, enablement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive partner growth and revenue
  • Build relationships with distributors, focused partners, and the extended Cisco team members
  • Set overall vision and strategy with distributors to cover long-tail partners
  • Work with Channel SE to set plans for partner onboarding and enablement


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in leading customer-facing engagements and channel partner engagement
  • Proven successful consulting with key technical and sales competence
  • 4+ years of experience in SMB segment
  • Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Strong appreciation for partner engagement and passion for revenue and growth
