Tasc Relationship Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tasc Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our institution, you will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing institutional clients such as trusts, associations, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Nurturing: Acquire and nurture institutional clients, including trusts, associations, clubs, societies, and government bodies.
  • Business Development: Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities within your assigned region.
  • Portfolio Management: Acquire CASA (Current Accounts & Saving Accounts), Term Deposits, and manage the relationship value of existing TASC and Government Banking customers.
  • Proactive Solutions: Leverage the bank's relationships with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive banking solutions.
  • Customer Service and Advisory: Handle the service requirements and manage the investment portfolios of customers.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales and acquisition opportunities from this segment.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve the assigned top-line and CASA numbers and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in acquiring and nurturing institutional clients.
  • Business Development and Relationship Management: Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • CASA and Term Deposits Expertise: Expertise in acquiring CASA and Term Deposits.
  • Proactive Banking Solutions: Ability to provide proactive banking solutions and manage customer investment portfolios.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
