Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the banking and investment relationships of high net worth, non-resident Indian, and ultra-high net worth individual clients.
- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by delivering service levels that exceed client expectations.
- Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and drive growth.
Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets across a broad product spectrum including investments, liabilities, retail assets, business banking, foreign exchange, and cards.
- Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to mapped and potential high net worth/non-resident Indian clients.
- Drive higher product and channel penetration to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share.
Portfolio Quality & Engagement:
- Maintain and improve portfolio quality through regular engagement and relationship monitoring.
- Ensure relationships are aligned with desired value parameters and bank objectives.
Investment Advisory:
- Conduct financial planning and offer investment advisory services to high net worth/non-resident Indian clients.
- Analyze client needs and recommend suitable investment products.
- Drive fee-based income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance.
