Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Management Platform Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and operating the Service Management platform, ensuring error-free operations in alignment with business needs and ITIL best practices.

  • Platform administration and management
  • AI-driven automation and optimization
  • Licence management and governance
  • Tool enhancements and process improvements

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM and Helix Discovery, as well as working knowledge of Helix GPT and AI technologies. In-depth understanding of Common data model and CMDB configuration is also essential.

Key Accountabilities
  • Request management and continuous improvement
  • KPI and reporting for service management processes
  • Vendor management and contract tracking
  • Risk and audit compliance
  • Team management and mentoring
Requirements
  • 14+ years of experience in governing BMC Helix ITSM
  • Hands-on knowledge of BMC tools, specifically on Helix ITSM (SaaS) and Helix Discovery
  • Working knowledge of Helix GPT and AI technologies
  • In-depth understanding of Common data model and CMDB configuration
  • Experience in establishing Management Information System and licence management
