We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Entity Manager to lead entity management operations for our Alternatives business. The ideal candidate should have expertise in managing complex entity structures and data across multiple platforms.

  • Manage comprehensive reference data setup across multiple platforms including Diligent, App 2, eFront, and PE AUM Portal
  • Execute ongoing data cleanup and maintenance activities in Diligent platform as required
  • Perform regular reconciliations and validations between all platforms to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain ongoing monitoring and maintenance of data integrity across systems
Responsibilities
  • Setup and maintain all entities for Alternatives business, including Luxembourg (Lux) entities in Diligent platform
  • Develop and maintain legal entity workflow diagrams and process documentation
