We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting business operations, assisting the management team, handling client communication, and contributing to marketing activities.
  • Key Responsibilities include:
  • Manage office administration tasks
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
  • Support recruitment processes – job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Handle HR operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee data management
  • Assist in finance tasks such as billing, invoicing, and petty cash
  • Provide scheduling and administrative support to senior management
  • Act as a point of contact for client communication and relationship management
  • Support the marketing team in social media planning and execution
Required Skills:
