Cloud Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for the management, monitoring, and support of our Google Cloud Platform environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Administer and support GCP infrastructure services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Pub/Sub).
  • • Monitor system health, performance, and availability using GCP monitoring tools (Stackdriver, Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring).
  • • Manage user access and security policies via IAM and service accounts.
  • • Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for GCP services.
  • • Deploy, configure, and manage networking (VPC, VPN, Interconnect, Load Balancers, Firewalls) within GCP.
  • • Automate operational tasks using Terraform / Deployment Manager / scripts.
  • • Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions on GCP.
  • • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for application deployment and integration.
  • • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies.
  • • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPs for GCP operations.

Requirements:

  • • Strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) administration and support.
  • • Hands-on with GCP services: Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, Networking, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, GKE, Pub/Sub.
  • • Good knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration.
  • • Familiarity with scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell, etc.) for automation.
  • • Understanding of networking (DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls, VPC peering).
  • • Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (Stackdriver / Cloud Monitoring).
  • • Knowledge of Cloud Security best practices, IAM, and compliance.
  • • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
