  4. Assist in organizing company events and activities aimed at employee engagement and team-building
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures through research and feedback
  6. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and reporting
  7. Coordinate communication and follow-up with candidates during the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience
  8. Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain insights and contribute to discussions as needed
