Role Human Resources Intern Location Satara Bus Stand Type Internship or Part-time 2 Months Training Support Company Overview Bharat Business Innovations Pvt Ltd BBI under the TSR brand offers a range of services designed to enhance talent acquisition and management processes As a small yet dynamic company with 2-10 employees in the technology industry BBI is located at WeWork Enam Sambhav Mumbai Maharashtra We are dedicated to maintaining quality and personalizing our approach to exceed expectations Visit us at We invite you to join us on this journey Job Overview We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Bharat Business Innovations in Satara This part-time internship is aimed at freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience who are eager to kickstart their careers in HR You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions contributing to the talent acquisition and management processes within a thriving technology company Qualifications and Skills Understanding of human resources principles and practices to assist with the recruitment and onboarding process Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees and potential candidates Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Good problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise and find optimal solutions promptly Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint to support daily tasks Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise Must possess a positive attitude and demonstrate teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the HR team Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings screening resumes and coordinating interviews Support the onboarding process by preparing and disseminating onboarding kits and scheduling training sessions Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database and filing systems Assist in organizing company events and activities aimed at employee engagement and team-building Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures through research and feedback Provide administrative support to the HR department including handling correspondence and reporting Coordinate communication and follow-up with candidates during the recruitment process to ensure a seamless experience Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain insights and contribute to discussions as needed
