We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive who will take ownership of daily HR functions, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to maintaining a positive work culture within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for various departments.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare and issue HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, increment, and relieving letters.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal communication initiatives.
- Support the performance review process and ensure timely evaluations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and ensure a professional workplace environment.
- Liaise with management for manpower planning, policy implementation, and HR audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical HR practices across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or Administration (experience in hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over MS Office and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
SALARY:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
