Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic Human Resource Executive who will take ownership of daily HR functions, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to maintaining a positive work culture within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for various departments.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, increment, and relieving letters.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Support the performance review process and ensure timely evaluations.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and ensure a professional workplace environment.
  • Liaise with management for manpower planning, policy implementation, and HR audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure ethical HR practices across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or Administration (experience in hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command over MS Office and HR documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.

SALARY:

As per company standards and candidate experience.
