Kompass Immigration is a leading overseas education and immigration consultancy based in Mumbai. We help students and professionals achieve their international dreams through education and migration services across Australia, Canada, UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand, and beyond.

We are now offering an HR Internship for students who want hands-on exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

  • Assist in recruitment: drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants.
  • Build and maintain candidate databases through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal systems.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives — team-building activities, events, and culture-building projects.
  • Contribute to training coordination and development of training modules.
  • Assist with HR administration tasks, documentation, and compliance.

Who Can Apply

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who:

Are available full-time or part-time (in-office, Mumbai) for at least 2-3 months

Are pursuing or have completed HR / Industrial Psychology / Management studies (Bachelor's or Master's)

Have strong English communication, MS Office (Word/Excel), LinkedIn/job portal knowledge

Are detail-oriented, organized, and maintain confidentiality

Have a genuine passion for human resources, recruitment, and people management

Location: Mumbai (in-office)

Duration: 2–3 months (extendable)
