Fashion Designer Role\

We are looking for a skilled and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating original designs by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD), developing ranges based on themes, and working closely with the sales, buying, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Conceptualize and create fashion designs that meet market demands\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products that meet customer needs\
  • Source and select fabrics, trims, fastenings, and embellishments from trade shows and manufacturers\
  • Ensure designs are adaptable for mass production while maintaining quality and aesthetics\

Requirements:\

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field\
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in an Indian fashion industry\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines\
  • Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of technical specifications\
  • Stay updated with emerging fashion trends and general trends relating to fabrics, colours, and shapes\
