About the Role:

  2. Solicit and manage reservations sales-related opportunities to achieve personal and team revenue goals.">
  3. Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.">
  4. Utilize a strong understanding of the market to identify new business opportunities and close deals.">
  5. Respond to incoming reservations sales opportunities and utilize negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.">
  6. Monitor same day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control property occupancy.">
  7. Assist in monitoring group reservation forecast data and coordinate with sales and Convention Services to process rooming lists and reservation cards.">

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED; no work experience required. OR">
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.">
