Business Expansion Specialist:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our franchise expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, with exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-potential franchise partners across various industries, including insurance, FMCG, retail, pharma, and local businesses.
  • Conduct regular field meetings and business development activities to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Present the franchise business model, investment opportunities, and long-term growth potential to prospective partners.
  • Negotiate effectively and close franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and structured reporting.
  • Provide regular market insights, competitor intelligence, and progress updates to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong local networks to support sustained franchise growth.
  • Travel extensively across assigned regions to execute expansion plans and achieve targets.


Qualifications:
Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise expansion.
  • Previous exposure to industries like FMCG, Pharma, Insurance, Retail, Cement, Paints, or similar distribution-led businesses is preferred.
