You will be responsible for working with our team communication, Quality control, Match project deadline and performances of artists. The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Animation Supervisor who can: - Reviewing and evaluating animation to ensure it meets technical and artistic standards, such as timing, spacing, and lip sync. - Identifying and reporting errors or inconsistencies in the animation, such as missing frames or incorrect key poses. - Communicating with the animation team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements. - Collaborating with the animation team to ensure that all animation is delivered on time and within budget. - Keeping accurate records of all animation issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. - Collaborating with other remote artist and freelance teams and maintain their reports and record. - Reviewing and approving final animation before it is delivered to the client. - Participating in the training and mentoring of junior artists. - Stay up-to-date with the latest animation techniques and software to ensure that the team is using the most efficient and effective tools - Maintain MIS reports and PMS of all departments and artists - Working closely with the director to ensure the creative and technical requirements of the director are met by the animation team. - Making sure the animation is delivered on time and on budget.
