With the explosive growth of our company, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time in-house Animation Supervisor to join our tribe and support our company to world domination

This Animation Supervisor essential to our monster growth goals. You will be responsible for working with our team communication, Quality control, Match project deadline and performances of artists.

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Animation Supervisor who can:

- Reviewing and evaluating animation to ensure it meets technical and artistic standards, such as timing, spacing, and lip sync.
- Identifying and reporting errors or inconsistencies in the animation, such as missing frames or incorrect key poses.
- Communicating with the animation team to provide feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Collaborating with the animation team to ensure that all animation is delivered on time and within budget.
- Keeping accurate records of all animation issues and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with other remote artist and freelance teams and maintain their reports and record.
- Reviewing and approving final animation before it is delivered to the client.
- Participating in the training and mentoring of junior artists.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest animation techniques and software to ensure that the team is using the most efficient and effective tools
- Maintain MIS reports and PMS of all departments and artists
- Working closely with the director to ensure the creative and technical requirements of the director are met by the animation team.
- Making sure the animation is delivered on time and on budget.
