Behavioural Insights Specialist

Kshetra Consulting is a not-for-profit public policy and development consulting firm dedicated to strengthening the Indian development landscape.

Our work spans across health tech, capacity building, rural development and governance frameworks. We partner with governments, policymakers and changemakers to deliver impact-driven solutions in governance and public health.

We bring deep expertise in grassroots implementation, action-based research and analytics. Our team members contribute to creating presentations, policy briefs and strategic presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support end-to-end design and execution of governance campaigns and narratives ensuring alignment with policy objectives.
• Lead field-based coordination with local administrative bodies and healthcare institutions to facilitate training and capacity-building of frontline workers.
• Undertake ground immersion in assigned districts to capture community needs and evaluate systemic gaps.
• Develop and implement scalable interventions in health, energy and technology in collaboration with project managers and policy experts.
• Stakeholder mapping and engagement with key players across government, civil society and private sectors.
• Fundamental understanding of data analytics including SQL, Python and Dashboards.

Requirements:

• Graduate or postgraduate students in Development Studies, Political Science, Economics, Public Health or related fields.
• Interest and passion to work along with government systems or in evolving project settings with grassroots-level interaction.
• Designing operations on manifold agendas with KPI Surveys to collect citizen-level data and institutionalize feedback mechanisms.
• Analytical knowledge in consulting, Health tech, public policy and development collaboration.
• Willingness to relocate to the job location and explore new geographies.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and Excellent Documentation skills.
