About the Role:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing sales strategies that drive growth and expansion in your assigned area of coverage.
You will devise and execute tactics to effectively engage with Distribution Sales Agents (DSAs), enhance market share, and achieve business objectives by delivering superior products while ensuring credit quality.
Responsibilities:

- Building strong relationships with DSAs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable.
