HR Support Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our HR team. This part-time internship is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes by posting job listings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support employee onboarding by preparing kits and scheduling training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate records of employees in HR databases and filing systems.
  • Organize company events to enhance employee engagement and teamwork.
  • Contribute to improving HR policies and procedures through research and feedback.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and reporting.
  • Coordinate candidate communication during the recruitment process for a seamless experience.
  • Participate in HR meetings and training sessions to gain insights and contribute to discussions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with human resources principles and practices to assist with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees and candidates.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
  • Good problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and find optimal solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to support daily tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills to collaborate with the HR team.
