Job Description

Kshetra aims to foster an inclusive democracy and sustainable development through its focus on Public Policy, Government Advisory, Campaigns, Policy Analysis, Social Impact Communication, and Governance Innovation. We work with governments, district administrations, educational and research institutions on verticals of policy dialogue, governance innovation, operational strategy, evidence-based decisions, and resilient design.

Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for an Intern & Associate Fellow in Social Impact & Strategy. While based in Satara surroundings, some work-from-home flexibility is available. Candidate will engage in policy research and analysis, support policy campaign strategies, assist in governance initiatives, and contribute to impact communications. Daily tasks will include assisting the leadership chair and governmental agencies in aiding with evidence-based decision-making through data analysis, preparing reports, sentiment analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impactful strategies.

Kshetra (www.kshetra.org) aims to provide quality, grassroots-enriched action action-oriented consulting access for MSME, Health Care, Education, and Self Help Groups by workingwith stakeholders while cutting out the need for an intermediary offering highly customised and affordable operational costs under the aegis of leadership guidance.

Tested in 2014, Pioneered in 2017, Kshetra&aposs purpose-built ease to easy-to-operate technology platform for thousands of small-time business players, self-help groups, health care operators, and community-based entrepreneurs. We are pivotingto community-based development and infrastructure consulting with an inbound grassroots implementation model.

We are seeking a highly passionate individual to join us in the role of Consulting Fellow, Impact Partnerships & Strategy Development. Role will be crucial for expanding impact and driving meaningful change in underserved geographies and upcoming industries in different domains.

Role Overview: You will play a key role in identifying, initiating, and managing partnerships with organizations working on the ground closely with groups, communities, interest groups, business communities, small and medium-scale businesses, women-led product innovations, etc

Be our catalyst for driving strategic collaborations to develop innovative programs and scalable solutions. Your efforts will help us expand our reach, foster sustainable relationships, and empower more individuals and communities across diverse geographies.

Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate partners, NGOs, social enterprises, govt agencies. Establish, drive impact partnerships, and expand reach and impact.

- Program Development: Collaborate with partner organizations to understand org needs, pain points, intervention opportunities. Design & implement impactful, tailored assignments for different communities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between organizations, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration. Build strong relationships with active engagement, support, and alignment.
- Thought Leadership: Best practices, innovative approaches in the social impact space.Strategic guidance and thought leadership to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and optimization of impact partnership initiatives for the betterment of women&aposs empowerment initiatives.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and impact of impact partnerships. Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness and outcomes of both the in-house programs, government-led initiatives, institution-led initiatives, and leader-centric programs. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve program performance.
- Collective Leadership: Work with a team of impact partnership professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements:Implementation focused on impact partnerships, community development,social sector engagement, NGOs, social enterprises, government agencies,

- Knowledge in the social impact space in the context of financial inclusion, credit access, and community empowerment.
- SHG livelihoods ecosystem in a local and hyper-local setup up which benefits every member of the SHG to build their businesses.
- Nurture relationships with the senior development sector and Government representatives
- Strategic thinking to translate vision into actionable plans. Developing and executing innovative programs that drive social change in a human-centred design.
- Communication, negotiation, relationship-building. Work and inspirestakeholders, partners, and prospective collaborators through action-based deliverables and information
- Leadership attitude with the ability to motivate and mentor a team for collective goals.
- Analytical thought with any academics but preferential business administration, strategy management, law, health science, entrepreneurship, social sciences, environmental engineering, data science, and industrial engineering.
- Understand fundamentals ofRIDE ( Research, Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship ) Government-led innovation hubs, incubations led by both the central and state governments.
