Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to fill a key role in our organization. As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

About the Role:

This position involves managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, employee engagement, compliance, and reporting. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Source, screen, interview, and select top talent to fill open positions, ensuring alignment with our organizational needs.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement programs to retain and develop existing employees, providing them with the skills and training needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, recognizing employee achievements, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR-related activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and optimize business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications:

The following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Masters' degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification.
  • Experience with HR software and systems.
