Key Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless technical assistance to customers worldwide via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents within agreed-upon timelines through our ticketing system.
  • Perform thorough troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
  • Maintain accurate logs of shift activities, handover reports, and system updates for continuity and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in desktop support, preferably with Windows operating systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services.
