Key Role

The Principal Systems Administrator provides critical IT support across various environments. You will interact with internal staff via ticketing systems, phone, email, and in-person to resolve technical issues and deliver new capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-user support for hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Multichannel support for local and remote users.
  • Transition to IT service management platforms and manage tickets efficiently.
  • Laptop and desktop imaging, configuration, and deployment.
  • Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Enforce security policies and assist in incident remediation.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and access issues.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify improvements and implement new technologies.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience supporting Windows, MacOS, and business productivity software.
  • Familiarity with cloud applications, endpoint security, and remote tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Experience using ITSM platforms such as FreshService or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bonus Requirements
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator.
  • Prior experience working with sensitive assets or within specific regulatory frameworks.
