Job Title: Senior Actuarial Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical expert to join our team of actuarial consultants. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial modelling in actuarial software, a keen interest in business automation, and excellent problem-solving skills.

This is a unique opportunity to apply automation technology skills to actuarial work, helping clients optimise their processes and transform their actuarial and finance businesses.

Our team works on various projects, including actuarial modelling, implementation of IFRS17, and development of automated solutions for clients. We collaborate with project leaders, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation.

As a Senior Actuarial Specialist, you will:

  • Work on actuarial modelling projects using proprietary software.
  • Implement IFRS17 and asset liability management projects.
  • Develop and deliver automated solutions for clients.
  • Support process transformation projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7-9 years' experience in an actuarial role.
  • Minimum 2 years building cashflow models or automation engines using actuarial software.
  • Completion of at least 9 actuarial examinations from the Institute of Actuaries of India or the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience writing/editing code in VBA, Python, SQL, or PowerShell.
