Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing and maintaining complex IT systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity
  • Administering and troubleshooting Windows servers OS, desktops, and enterprise applications
  • Implementing IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies
  • Collaborating with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for digital growth

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus
