Desktop Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and reliability of our IT infrastructure, ensuring employees can work efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Endpoint Management: Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, provide support for Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure, including user provisioning and issue resolution.
  • Incident Resolution: Manage incident and service request management process to ensure timely resolution of user issues and requests.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Utilize Nexthink for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.
  • Certifications: MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Nexthink Fundamentals.
