IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hardware, software, and network infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensure optimal system performance, and implement security protocols to protect our data.
Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential in providing excellent support to our end-users. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, access rights, and security permissions.
You will also oversee data backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity. Furthermore, you will be involved in implementing and monitoring IT security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and patching.
As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will work collaboratively with vendors to procure, maintain, and service IT equipment. You will also maintain inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, and network devices.
We require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2-4 years of experience as an IT Administrator/System Administrator or similar role. Your knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace) is essential.
