About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated trainee to support our Human Resources team in a paid full-time training position.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates, students currently pursuing graduation, or professionals from other domains looking to transition into HR.

Based on performance and organisational requirements, this position may be converted into a permanent full-time role upon successful completion of training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities
  • Help manage attendance, leaves, and other time-tracking tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and payroll inputs
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, contracts, and compliance-related paperwork
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Respond to basic HR queries from employees under guidance
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in HR
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team
